Due to the closure of Tehran on Wednesday, December 30, 2025 (10 Dey 1404), the closing ceremony of the 8th Iranian Cinema Research Award will not take place on that date.
According to Mehr News Agency, following the decision of the Tehran Province Energy Optimization Task Force to close the city on Wednesday, December 30, the award ceremony and announcement of winners—originally scheduled for 3:00 PM at Rudaki Hall—have been postponed.
The new date for the closing ceremony will be announced later.
