The international documentaries in the Special Section of the 19th Cinema Haqhiqhat Festival have been announced.
This year, 6 international documentaries will be screened in the Special Section of the 19th International Documentary Film Festival of Iran, Cinema Haqhiqhat.
These documentaries are:
- 2073 directed by Asif Kapadia, UK production
- Cinema Kawakib directed by Mahmoud Al Massad, co-production of Jordan, Qatar, and the Netherlands
- A New Beginning directed by Vivian Perlemuter and Isabelle Ingold, co-production of Belgium and the United States
- Oceans with David Attenborough directed by Tony Noland, Colin Batfield, Kate Skully, co-production of the United States, the UK, Australia, and Monaco
- Seeds directed by Brittany Shine, US production
- Talk to the Wind directed by Stefan Georgievich, co-production of Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia
The 19th International Documentary Film Festival of Iran, Cinema Haqhiqhat, will be held from December 10th to 16th, 2025, with Mohammad Hamidi Moghaddam as the festival director at Mellat Cinema Complex.
